How are you sure if they are stuck? Are they not flying away if you go close?
If so, you could try catching em with a big piece of cloth. If you don't want to risk that you could wait until the sun goes down as they are less likely to fly when they can't see, if they are still there then you can grab em up much easier.
From there you can put em in a box with some seeds and a water dish and either get em vet help (tell vets they are you pets since vets may opt for putting them down otherwise). Or look for a rehab in your area that would be willing to take em.
looks to be fine, just taking a break/nap in your backyard. can you give some water and seeds?
