1. Image posts MUST have a comment with FULL DETAILS, PRICE etc. (don't say ’pm me‘)

2. Put ONLY the basics in the title: what do you offer or need, location, don't mess up title, no url's in title

3. Rent, Real estate, Jobs etc. must have location in the title

4. Use clean formatting (no all caps words, no smileys/icons), be specific: add all details like condition, location, price, payment etc.

5. No links to any advertising/jobs platforms. Allowed are personal websites, Insta, Fb, Twitter etc.

6. Post frequency: Agencies, reps and companies can post once per 30 days, 'freelancers' and 'for sale' once per week

7. Low effort posts, link dump, image dump, all-caps titles/posts will be removed

8. No excessive self-promotion, spam, affiliate links, URL shorterners

9. NSFW content must be tagged NSFW

10. No solliciting likes, follows or upvotes

11. Don't forget to add a category tag ('flair') to your post
