We moved to our dream house that my father build with his hard earned life savings..! But soon our neighborh made our life hell.. he is some mentally ill person.. Fight started when my brother was listning to music and this guy stared in through the window and called my brothes names...his agenda was basically "india k ganay mat suno ya musalmano ka mohalla ha" typical jahil 3rd class mind Then he knocked out doors with sticks and started throwing stones and bricks at my brother... Poliece did nothing we called 15, there was a big fight between him and my brother and he brought a f*king knife to my brother... The "mohalla commitee" warned him and he left the house after a week... Now he is back and pretend that he is on a call and loudly saying abusive words and what not! We have cctv and we recorded him but unfortunately theres no audio only video..

I agree with you here. OP should give an application but subtly "pull out" before it goes to court. Having a crazy unreasonable neighbor really screws up your head and ruins the peace of your home.
I've faced the same and it ended up getting violent and out of hand but thank the Almighty we came out unscathed (legally). But got the job done. It's got nothing to do with being an introvert bro.

You also make sure you don't play loud music, we had an annoying neighbour he used to play out loud music and we couldn't sleep at night and out of respect we tolerated for days but had to complain to his father to stop this nuisance, for older people it is more disturbing, so be considerate and use headphones if you have to listen to the music, he has every right to complain and i am sure you are not telling the full story how your brother reacted to his complain, you must have triggered him and even if you didn't older people get short tempered really quickly so respect them and stop using terms like 3rd class, be kind.
call him inside your house then beat the shit out of him ,delete all CCTv footage ,if anything happens I can guarantee none of you will have to pay anything or go to jail since there won't be any proof , don't beat him too much just enough to scare him
