I use User Interviews for all of my paid studies. Unfortunately, all of my studies that I have scheduled have been deleted from my dashboard. Has this happened to anyone else? I contacted their customer support but its terrible and they haven't gotten back to me even though I contacted them on four platforms.

Researchers at Penn State University are testing if audio-based digital programs can help people manage their moods. If you are 18 years or older, live in the U.S., and experience at least moderate depression symptoms, you might be eligible for this research study.
