I am thinking of getting a meal delivery service for awhile to help break a bit of an UberEats malaise I have going on. Anyone using one they like?
I am looking for pre-cooked meals, not ones I have to prepare myself from ingredients. Local would be better than just random internet delivery but I am not entirely married to that point.

I haven't tried keto specifically but there is a good deal of overlap among the various plans, just eg switching a side or protein. Quality is best I've had among meal delivery services - never had a bad meal, but it's also...prepared meals. It's not fine dining. I'd say 4/5 overall. But again, compared to what's out there, it's the best so 5/5 in a relative sense. Customer service has been excellent, 5/5. Convenience is also excellent -it literally doesn't get easier than this. Variety from week to week is also excellent, compared to other similar offerings, that has stood out for ne.
Price is on the website, and it's not cheap, but also less expensive than Ubering. Portion size is "correct", if that makes sense. It's not massive but it's not meant to be - it's meant to be a normal portion size for healthy eating. In short it's not something you're gonna get fat on if you eat it, which may be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what you're looking for. After living on UberEats for a while, then switching to this, I found there was a week of adjustment for my stomach to get used to normal portion sizes again (ie I was hungry!) then it was fine. Saved money overall and a healthier lifestyle overall.
In my experience it's been great.
The Keto meals are pretty good, and the prices are fairly reasonable for what you get.
But they don't compare to regular take-out. They're somewhere above a frozen dinner, way below take-out, and maybe comparable to cafeteria food.
Having now tried them, I would say this is a pretty solid assessment. Much better than a frozen dinner, not as good as something from a restaurant. In line with the steam table food at Marcello's back when my office had a Marcello's that was actually open.
I have also ordered a box of keto meals from Factor for next week and am thinking to try ketolibrium, as well. Then I will pick the one that is the most reasonably priced while still being good enough and continue with that.
If you're up to it, I'd love to hear what you land on and how they all compared to each other.
They seem to have excellent reviews online - why don’t you give it a try. Looks like the à la carte option lets you try a few meals without a longer plan commitment.
I’ve had the keto. It’s not bad. Customer service is good. They have a store on Richmond near Golden so you could go in and buy a meal or 2 to try them before doing a full order.
Been keto for two years. That Meal Prep Ottawa suggestion is the best you're going to get.
But honestly it's a hundred times easier to cook your own.
I have been mostly keto for 2+ years, as well, and right now I am not finding it easy to cook for myself for various reasons and I would like someone else to do it for me for awhile.
Check out Flavadaddy too, you can mod the meals I think for fewer carbs / more protein. Bigger portions and great taste. Might not be quite what you are after but worth a look.

It looks like they probably aren't able to support fully keto meals, unfortunately. They have a remove the carb option so they don't send you, like, rice or other obvious carbs but it seems like the sauces on the meat probably aren't keto friendly, unfortunately, and some if the vegetable choices aren't keto either.

Oh well 😕. Btw, you can buy meat on its own too I think (toss on bagged salad?). Some bbq places do similar, if you can find somewhere with a rub only that may be another time saving option.
