There’s probably a link saying ALL the typical recommended shoes for those of us on our feet 12 hours a day. I have Clove shoes and I can barely walk when I get home or next day.
I thought about trying insoles but idk.
Can anyone recommend shoes that are really good on the heels/really sore feet, for these long shifts? Or some other recommendation? I’m desperate lol.
Cloudmonsters. My whole unit swears by them.
I personally have 3 pair that I rotate each shift. It allows the cushioning to decompress between wears.
You might also try some foot and lower leg stretches and exercises to build flexibility and strength in your feet. That has helped me a ton.
