I currently live in America with my husband and our dog. We are considering moving out of America (for obvious reasons) in the next few years and we both love NZ and would love to move there. My husband’s job is pretty specific to the US economy (so he would need to find a new specialty), and I am an elementary school teacher.
In general, are teachers paid a living wage in NZ? If so, would it be enough to support both of us/how high paying of a job would my husband need to get to be able to live comfortably in NZ?
