Even making sure you replied with something helpful, like an alternative contribution, rather than just ‘no this doesn’t fit our plans to help you sorry’. If a Minister can’t find a pathway through a request like this, then they should resign.
Yeah, I really don't think this decision is being made in isolation. I strongly believe there's information not available to the general public that's a contributing factor on this one.
I really hope so. Because on the face of it this looks like a great opportunity for us to help in a way that plays to our strengths, flushed down the toilet for no apparent reason. Someone really needs to step up and explain why we didn't help.
