That was the impression I got from the Matt Groening story.
It sounded like Epstein was pressuring him into things, but he only agreed to a foot rub to get him to drop it. The girl said it was super awkward.
I read about Epstein in 2008 when his case was dropped. I remember reading that his MO was to basically record everywhere on his properties and to get blackmail on people. He videotaped everything so he had shit on everyone. He was a truly despicable person.
Wonder whatever happened to that footage. Couldn't have been helpful to destroy it that was keeping others from squealing.

That does not mean that all of those people are accused of what you think they're accused of, or accused of anything at all, or guilty. Could even be anonymous victims.

The way it's meant to work is we would replace the current elects with ones who run on the platform of ending what those in power won't give up. I think the thing that makes that really hard is big media doesn't focus on these issues much so it's harder for people to naturally come together and rally around the nominees who want to fix checks and balances or for it to even be mentioned by any of the nominees.

They find bright young Conservatives at elite law schools, influence them towards a particular brand of judicial thought, and then use their political connections to get them appointed as judges.
