I forgot to add a webbing loop in this seam 😠How can I fix this without screwing up the bag. This seam is topstitched.

Could I just use a seam ripper to open that area back up and then bar tack the webbing in?
Absolutely. Make sure you pull out all the cut threads or it’ll look fuzzy.
