Why don’t we see as much of what happened between 2018 and 2023?

We see the aftermath of the snap in Endgame and it gets explored more in Phases 4 and 5, but we don’t really see a lot of what happened in those 5 years when half of life was gone. Even if it’s done in a “what if…” art style or in a comic, I’d like to see some stories come right from the post snap/pre blip part of the timeline. Am I alone?
