One thing I like about this MC is that he doesn't feel like a "Smart Character Written By A Dumber Author" or "Evil Character Whos Actually Good" type of character. The author doesn't have to remind you that this guy is smart or evil. His actions do the talking. And he's somehow still likeable

It's pretty good, even if it's not exactly what you are looking for since the MC is not truly evil and does feel remorse, and although he is definitely strong it might be a bit of a stretch to call him OP.

He is definitely smart, charismatic and opportunistic though, so you will probably like the series anyways.

Best New Murim Manhwa I've read. This Character, this MC or Protagonists is who you'd expect when you hear the title "Heavenly Demon", he's not completely evil, but he's not good either. He's ruthless and self serving and cunning and psychopathic. This Manhwa is also related to Nano Machine or so I've heard. Wish for a Mass Release to be honest. Quite impatient.

The manhwa that would've been it's twin and both be pure greatness together would've been the " Talent-Swallowing Magician " manhwa if it kept it's Authors and Artist before the "break" happened where both the talents working on it left.

This would've been the " dark side / light side " duo, both with phenomenal MC's, story, art, characters, and in-world events and world building.

Art is insanely good but dude is proper psychopath, completely one dimensional, like the opposite of a goody two shoes milquetoast type protagonist. It's gotten kinda boring tbh.

Author needs to look at shows like Hannibal where the main character was also a complete psychopath but other characters were more complex humans and focus wasn't entirely on the psycho.

Thought it was interesting until spirit Pokémon started happening and then he gets a waifu Pokémon. Will try to give it another shot later but it was too absurd for me to enjoy.

Edit 2: Nano Machine (early chapters, plan to drop it after revenge is finished) is on my reading list. I used to read that Gu Changge story (before it got too repetitive and I got bored of it), and This story, Myst Might Mayhem, is on my reading list but I'm waiting for chapters to build up. I don't hate your stories. "Healing her yin by giving her my yang" is so stupid, and the Gu Changge story is just straight up vile. I'm scared of this story doing weird things like that. It's okay to have an evil or insane mc, but there's no need to "clear her over-abundance of yin by giving you her yang".

Rant: I hate Reddit downvotes. Youtube not having dislikes on comments is better. There's a difference between having -20 downvotes and a comment bellow you having 10 upvotes, versus youtube which is you having 5 likes and a guy bellow you 10 likes. Youtube allows you to see, "look, there's some people who agree with you. Don't be depressed". Reddit creates the illusion of being lonely. And that makes you scared of ever voicing your real opinion, makes you want to delete your comments. I don't care. It's just reddit updoots. I can take some dislikes. I'll stand by my words. If a story is good you can keep reading it, while also admitting it has flaws. Just because you like 80% of it you don't need to lie that you also like the 20%. Honesty and humility are positive traits. Pride isn't.

Loved Nanomachine and Absolute Sworde Sense, but this one is underwhelming.
Has its moments tbh, but also a huge ton lot of plot holes and bullshit nonsense that at least for me ruin the enjoyment.
Imo the weakest of the (atm) trilogy.
