Try that cheap bag of sensitive skin yellow disposable razors you find at Target or drugstore. Two ways, soap up in shower with a plastic cup to not clog the drain or dry while on the toilet. Pull the skin taught. Witchhazel for me afterwards.

I use an electric shaver that’s got a skin guard marked “sensitive”. Haven’t used razor blades on my ballsack since I was a teenager.
Use the razor you use on your face, do it on the shower. Clean shave never cut myself. So easy and smooth. I shower my body and do the balls at the end so it’s warm as soft skin and so easy and quick
