Making ice cream balls to appease the Nuruk gods. Got them into the incubator sadly no data logging yet (technology issues largely centred around my lack of electrical engineering skills). The new mold needs some more thought to streamline its use and improve the shaping of the balls.
Photo 5 is the first batch chilling in the sun about 2 weeks away from a trial batch of makgeolli.
