Emmy?
He won an Emmy for LOST. And was nominated 3 other times for the show. Well deserved!
Also I'm p sure he got the Emmy the year before this season, unless I'm misremembering
In a 2015 NFL playoff game Burfict clocked AB in the head and gave him a concussion. Afterwards he said Brown deserved a Grammy for his performance. This reminded me of that.
😂
Oh my god, now I picture LOST: the musical and Ben Linus singing. I can't.
Are you thinking of the Tonys?
What scene?
Because no one else will have me
Love that line! The actor has a talent for making viewers like him in spite of the character being a crappy human being.
Such a touching moment where you see beyond the monster
He won the Emmy twice, once for S3's The Man Behind the Curtain (where he acted opposite an empty chair), and again for S5's Dead is Dead. His performance in this scene from S6's Dr Linus is phenomenal, but he did not win the Emmy that year. He may have been nominated but I can't remember.
Michael actually only won one Emmy for LOST! He won for S5 & Terry O’Quinn actually won for S3.
I stand corrected!
Also all shot on film, around 45 min runtime per episode, more than 20 episodes a season for the most part and we didn’t have to wait years for the next. Peak of television!
Please stop. You gonna make me rewatch the show again after just 6 months. I know the lines by heart 😂
You have to go back!!
I just rewatched this scene because of this post and now I’m crying at work lmao.
But seriously, this scene encapsulates so perfectly exactly what’s at the heart of LOST to me. Giving people the space to have a chance at redemption. The power in community over individualism and how healing it can be for everyone involved
Imhumans has entered the chat
Yeah, but that was 8 episodes not 121.
And was tragically shite. Still abc and filmed on location!

Oh yeah, this was a goody
what season?
That scene is imo one of the reason he got an Emmy for his performance. Absolutely deserved.
