When do you use the word skwerze?

Skwer is usualy smaller than a big park. Parks can be big. Skwer is a small or medium space, a greenery area with some benches.

Edit: it's true that sometimes park and skwer can be used interchangably.

A skwer is different for a public park because it tries to balance sitting and/or leisure spaces with greenery. Some trees, shrubs, maybe some grass, but mostly a place to sit on a bench or sth and decompress or eat lunch by an outdoor table. Parks are mostly grass and trees, open lawns divided by walking paths with some benches along them.
