Mine was at this gas station in Raytown - I'm pretty sure it's a Shell station on the corner of 47th and Blue Ridge Blvd. They had a BBQ truck parked outside for the longest time and it looked fairly professional. I drove past it all of the time on the way to pick up my kid from a relative's house and so one day I thought, "fuck it, I'm gonna try it." Worst decision of my BBQ life.

The brisket was thinly sliced and was being kept warm in a tub of water. It was the greyest, blandest looking brisket I have ever seen in my life. I'm pretty sure the beans were straight out of a can. It was terrible.

If you smoked grief and sadness at 225o for 24 hours and then served it on a plate, that was what this place's BBQ would look like.
