I recently replaced my old sofa and loveseat with a power reclining sectional. The back view is killing me. I’d like opinions on:
1) ideas for hiding/camouflaging the back
or
2) should I rearrange the entire setup so the sectional is against the wall? I’d move the sectional 90* counter-clockwise, the TV same, and then figure out where to put the tall bookshelves. This is the only room in the house they fit given their height, so I’m kind of constrained. And it also places the TV across from the window (the window faces SW).
For reference, right now behind the couch is a large open area that then leads into the kitchen.
I don’t have suggestions for the back, as I think after a while you won’t notice, but I would move out the chair that looks squeezed in and connect the three bookcases.
