Has anyone tried to refund a humble choice bundle? How'd it go? How long did it take? I forgot to skip this month due to being generally busy and genuinely can't afford the bundle and would like to try and get a refund.
Hey, this happened to me multiple times, usually opening a ticket and requesting a refund works. In the past it would take a few days but recently it seems they have an automated process and they refund almost instantly. DON'T reveal any keys btw or they won't be able to refund

I refunded the may bundle coz I forgot to skip. They were very understanding and efficient. I was able to get a refund within a day.
I think just don't reveal any keys and it should be fine.
I didn't do it for games but I did do a refund for a software bundle. I don't know if it's the same for games or how that exactly works, but if you haven't downloaded the games, I would definitely reach out. (It did take a couple hours for a reply, so be patient :} )
They will refund the choice if you forget to skip as long as you don’t reveal a key
I skipped April and forgot to skip May because I kinda thought that May would be skipped automatically, I told the costumer service my mistake and they were very nice, answered me within 1h and also send me my money back in the same time span
Generally they will refund a few times as long as you dont claim any of the keys and arent like abusing it constantly asking for refund.
If its your first time you should be fine.
The terms and conditions say Choices aren’t refundable, but you can always try… I just tried because I made the same mistake and forgot to skip. Sounds like there are a few of us. 😁
If not, it’s not like the bundle is that bad. Oh well.
Yeah, I don't mind the games in the bundle, however, it did hit my wallet pretty hard
I apologize in advance as this may sound rude but if it hits the wallet that hard then maybe just skipping isnt the best idea but better to just full on cancel it rather than letting it ride and having to remember to pause every month.
That isn't usually the case for me. It's just that a lot of unforeseen expenses came up out of nowhere right before the auto-bill date
Good news (maybe): They just refunded me, on the same day I sent the ticket.
That’s really fair play from them since according to their own terms they didn’t need to do it.
Just don’t reveal any keys!
