How are people still in school??? I’ve been out for summer for over a month now
Same it’s almost July, I don’t get why people are still in school
It depends on the country. Here in NL we’re out in July and start in August.
bro I get out in june and start in september
They also may have more holidays during the school year
Luckyyyy
SEPTEMBER? lucky asffff, you giving "it's 104 days of summer vacation" vibes like damn bro
not really, it’s usually late june where they get o it so it’s all of july+august and then the first week of september
for us its usually end of may/start of june to mid august
Bro fight the school fr. We get out Mid May and go Mid August
MAY?!? That’s crazy, where do you live?
I have the same break time, May to August, and I'm in California
Why am I not surprised. All these people getting multi-month breaks, we get 6 weeks.
Typically schools that get short summer breaks will make up for it in other ways (for example multiple weeks for Christmas, winter, and spring breaks)
Well, we have 1 week autumn vacation, 2 weeks Christmas/New Year’s, 1 week spring, 2 weeks may vacation.
Yeah lol. We have one week for Christmas and one week for spring. But summer breaks from June 17 too early September.
asian ahh school
Not Asia, Europe lol
same ring
I guess so.
Where is NL? National League?
Netherlands
Different school systems exist across the world, shocking ik
But seriously, i live in latinamerica and here school starts around march and ends around late november or early december, in my country school is divided in three trimesters, the first one ends around early june, the second around september, and the final ends on late november/early december
That’s very interesting.
Some states just continue through the summer with more mid year breaks. Georgia does if I remember correctly, though I could very well be wrong.
My last day (forever) will be next Friday
people live in different places 😱😱😱😱😱 which have different school systems! Woah! So cool!
i finished last week but tons of places are done in july
in the UK we get out mid July and come back in early September
i finished this monday, tf
huh????????? where
Same! Except I start on August 5th :/
That's so nice of him. I would definitely do the same thing
I needed a 0.1 to pass math second semester. My teacher always says how much she likes me.
She still failed me 😔
Now she's my summer school teacher 😑
No fucking way
I feel you... I once failed a semester of a class by 0.03%. One more point on literally anything and I would have passed 😭. When I went to go to talk to my teacher about it two or so weeks before the semester ended, she just gave me the blank stare...
i failed my precalc class by 0.1% so now I have to retake it under an expensive private that costs 3k usd.
She just wanted more of you fr
Well someone please inform her that shes not good at teaching students and she's the reason I'm even here 😭🙏
YEAH
Goat shit
How is that allowed?
Teachers can do what they want when it comes to tests.
Plus, no one is gonna complain that they got 100
There is probably one kid that will be upset.
I mean, tbf if I worked my ass off for my finals just to be told that we're all getting 100s (especially after taking it), I'd be irritated as well. Though I definitely wouldn't go complaining.
Damn
Nice
That is a sign the teacher gave up
Lol I got an 81 on my final on the test
Mine got fired and gave us all 100
My history teacher gave us a few answers and even helped up. Apparently there was some sort of issue and some higher up person at the school thought it was too hard. On weird thing is that he took my exam even though I wasn't sure about every answer just because I guess I was taking too long, even though the class wasn't even close to being done yet.
That’s great and all but also I think it’s a bit of an L for the education system.
