Do these symptoms track with anyone else? Specifically the delayed onset (like a day later).
I’ve been super good about not eating gluten for the past 2ish months. I cannot overstate how much better that I feel.
I also gave up dairy & alcohol as well— elimination diet basically, plus I started limited nightshades (AIP diet).
Just for funsies, I decided to try eating gluten 4 days ago. Here’s how that went for me (I have regrets):
Day 1: Bread pudding. Small serving of ravioli.
12 hours later: 7 pounds of water weight overnight (bloating)
24 hours: stomach cramps (moderate)
36 hours: 💩 lil rabbit poo pellets (constipation) followed by loose orange pellets (diarrhea)
48 hours: mild acne on face & chest
72 hours: the rabbit pellets continue… 🐇💩🚽
I’m now on day 4 and still don’t feel well 😩
