From the flowers I would guess plumbago but need to see the whole plant to be sure
Looks like Phlox which is native to North America and doesn’t need any special circumstances other than plenty of sun. Part shade is usually ok too.

Need to see more of the plant. Can you show the leaves and structure? It looks Ike a geranium, but hard to tell.
