Unless they are clearing out a store or something, why are folks stocking up on TP a problem? I stock up during sales for some things (though that’s a lot of TP), and TP is on that list of things to buy while cheaper (gonna need it sooner or later)

These people appear any time there is a minor emergency that affects everyone to hoard the few supplies that would easily be shared by the many otherwise, but instead create a secondary crisis through their greed and self importance.
