I am about 9 months into fs and I am starting to get better ROM but it is still not 100%. It is probably 85%. I have exercises I do twice a day usually (supposed to do them 3 times a day but only usually fit in twice). Does it just take time to get that ROM back or is 85% likely the best I can hope for? The pain is just about gone so I can’t really complain but I would like full ROM.
