As said in title. Do you have to LOVE it to wear it? Cause I’m finding myself to wear one that I only like and then being out in public telling myself I should have worn the one I love instead.
I only have to not hate it to wear it. I've yet to find a fragrance I hate. Some are just more challenging to "get" than others.
I just like look at my collection and pick the first one that comes to mind, smell it to see if it matches my mood/outfit/weather and usually its the correct one first try, but sometimes it smells "wrong" and I have to try another one. My bf also loves fragrance so sometimes if he puts one on it makes me wanna wear something of mine thats similar or just the same one as his 😽
I used to just wear same one every day and it had to be the one I really loved and never felt bothered by. But now one fragrance that I love for a specific day is one I would absolutely never wear on another day It's so interesting how my behavior changed around it!
But yeah to your point if its the one you intuitively wanted to wear, then that's the right one! I hate when I second guess and wear the wrong thing
Most, if not all the time I really like it because if I didn’t, then I wouldn’t be wearing it in public. The same can be applied to my full bottle purchases.
I only buy what I love. I have sold some that I started only liking. I wasn’t wearing perfume for a while and my tastes changed. Now I won’t buy one that I do not absolutely love.
If one I love is not suitable for the occasion, one I Iike will do fine
Depends… I don’t like to go into the office if I think it’ll be too offensive for some. I mean work sucks as is, don’t need to have people suffocating either.
Other than that. I literally just pick one I feel like wearing that day. Usually a freshie, but not always. Sometimes I even try what layering two of them would smell like.
Fragrances are for me, and to make me happy. So, outside of work and maybe a funeral, I wear what I want.
mood, activity for the day and weather decides mainly what i wear. sometimes ill take a sniff n see if it fits for that particular day. somedays it takes a few tries for having similar scents (aquatic in nature)
I tend to mix and layer until I find a daily scent I Love lol. Based off of how I want to feel/smell like that day, what season it is, and how I feel in general
Whenever I feel like it, since I have ahem a few bottles myself, I wake up that morning and go "today I feel like wearing this" and pick one.
