You posted in r/tampa and were given links to resources and someone even asked you to DM them so they could personally assist you.
yes im hoping for more imput & i messaged the person offering and have no way of getting to him due to his location.
trying hard to not judge, but I always wonder why this general type comment is posted - surely entering food pantry, along with zip code, into Google would provide more exact info. I understand asking for recommendations for specifics, I just don’t know why reddit would be a place to ask for food. Anyone to enlighten me so I can put down my gavel? thx
I get you're trying to be sincere about it, but it's so easy to do that and get generic results when there's a platform designed to interact with individuals who may have first hand experience with it and can provide more accurate or better information than a search engine.
It's a peace of mind conversing with real people instead of running to Google.
appreciate the feedback, thx
A bit far to have you come by for dinner.
I was hoping.
I always cook too much.
DM me if you ever make it over close to Ft Pierce. I know what it feels like to be on the bones of your ass and I absolutely will help!
A food bank. But you will have to fill out paperwork for any food bank. And they do not deliver, you have to go to the food banks and get the food. I am blind, and I have a family member, once a month take me to the food bank, because they do not deliver.
