Deep sleep. My Fitbit thinks I'm not getting nearly enough deep sleep. How much is everyone else getting per night on average?
Do you have an example for the guided meditation? Is it on YouTube?
I use the Headspace app, but there are plenty on YouTube as well.
My 30-day average is at 83 minutes (1 hour 23 minutes). I've had a few days in the last month I've been almost, but not quite, at 2 hours (I had 2 days with 1 hour and 56 minutes).
Maybe eighteen minutes but I bed share with a toddler who needs me, hence light sleep I guess
2-3 hours
My deep sleep has been crap lately, and honestly it seems lower since the update.
On good nights I get somewhere between 50min and 1hr 45min, with 1hr 15min being the most common. Occasionally I’ll only get 20-40min and feel terrible the next day. Fatigue, headache, joint pain, etc.
Even on good nights I'm way below the average for deep sleep. I'm at or above average on REM sleep so I figure that offsets my lack of deep sleep.
105 minutes of deep sleep is my current 30 day average.
1.5 hrs in my 30 day average. Has been better with magnesium I reckon. But I've asked for a sleep study as I reckon I have sleep apnea
My 30 day average has my deep sleep at 1hr 10mins out of 5hrs 34mins.
AVG sleep score is 83.
How do you find your 30 day average with the new sleep UI?
Ok the day page with the ugly sleep stage chart - there's a '30 day average' button after 'benchmark' however it only shows it with dots, so not quite exact.
You can also go on the 'month' page and it will give you it the breakdown each month more in numbers including your score. :) Let me know if my description is terrible and I'll include pics.
Ahh I didn't realize you could go to the month section and change the number to deep sleep. Thanks!
Right under your Sleep Timeline there are three options for the display - Sleep Stages, Benchmark, and 30 Day Average.
65 minutes is my nightly average for deep sleep.
This is not the right place to ask.
1)make your own thread.
2) don't talk to strangers. I'm serious. Fitbit is not a place to meet people. A majority are probably scammers. And I guarantee you the ones trying to get you to move to Skype are scammers.
3) post on r/scams and they will tell you that these people are scammers. Sounds like the beginnings of a romance scam or pigbutchering scam which you can read about on r/scams.
4) check all your apps safety and settings to prevent strangers from being able to contact you.
Here's a sneak peek of /r/Scams using the top posts of the year!

2hr 5, but I'm low on light sleep and about bang on for REM, according to benchmarks
I sleep a lot (8hr average but upto 12hrs if schedule allows it) but rarely feel rested
1h15 minutes, which stays consistent from about 6 hours sleeping (as in, I don't get more if I sleep 8 hours).
I average around an hour and 15 minutes per night these days, which is towards the upper end of the range for my age (57). On a really good night I get an hour and a half to two hours, and on a bad night 30-45 minutes.
Between 45mn and 75mn. Very rarely upto 90mn
Also I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine
I'm on a BiPAP and my average is 83 minutes deep sleep. I've had 4 times I was over 1 hour 45 minutes.
Typically about 45-60 minutes for me. I found that doing a guided meditation right before falling asleep can bump it up to more like an hour and a half.
