so i got my film developed and scanned but scans are not high quality, so i was wondering if i could go to different lab and if they can scan my developed rolls with better scanner.

pics turned out good, grain is blurry and scan is not that good
Again, I'm sure you're right, but I think anyone whose been on this board for anytime has been inundated with "lab messed up my scan!" posts. It's difficult without seeing them.
