It would be a damn shame if he was reported to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud.
You can contact the FTC online at ReportFraud.ftc.gov or by calling 1-877-FTC-HELP or 1-877-ID-THEFT.
How is it fraud? I don’t get the impression that it’s for sale. But I don’t even know who this is.
This phone person is charging money for this product.
Right but as I said I don’t see them charging money for it. I also didn’t see it come up when I googled it . It just says learn more. Like I assume it is conceptual still. Also supporting the cause could be like a go fund me type of situation vs buying an actual product, which is what I would expect.
Pre-orders are available on their site through straight purchase.
They are using pre order funds to create the item since they don't have funding available to create the product. It's not a new concept.
I’m aware that isn’t a new concept and as I clearly stated it wasn’t shown in the pictures that they were doing that. Also a picture doesn’t make something fraud. Op can do what they want, I’m not invested in the outcome. Fraud would be not delivering the end product or not having a real intention to. Just because something is in preproduction, doesn’t meant they don’t intend to deliver the product. Regardless, have a good day, I’m over it.
