Should I look on Fiver, or Upwork? Do you have any you could personally recommend who do good work? How much should I expect to pay for a 3-4 minute track?

It can range anywhere from 150-1500. Anyone worth their salt will charge around 300 and up IMO.
Personally, I would avoid Fiver. Upwork you mayyy find someone decent. As you can see from the other replies there’s alot of people willing to mix a track down.
I’d say don’t rush into throwing your money away (unless you have a lot of it, then yeah fuck around) and do some careful research and find someone who you think can bring your tune to life without breaking the bank.
I learned to do my own mixing and mastering to avoid this headache, cause there’s nothing worse than paying someone hundreds of dollars and getting back something you hate hahah
