How to capture great sunrises on DJI Mini 3 Pro?

Hi Fellow Drone Pilots, I'm seeking advice for capturing epic sunrises on a Mini 3 Pro. I really like the idea of a hyperlapse or straight video. My concerns are running out of battery and missing the shot. Do you fly close to the posted sunrise? Or be in the air 10 minutes prior? Do you find a video or hyperlapse more appealing?

I shoot photos, not video. But be aware that the higher you go the sooner the sunrise starts.

Launch 15 minutes before sunrise. Set hyperlapse to 2 second intervals and shoot for about 18 minutes. At 30 fps playback this will give you an 18 sec video.

Set ISO to 100. For your first attempt let it set shutter speed automatically. Later you can experiment with ND filters and fixed shutter speeds.
