I hate how people defend racists more than the victims of racism.
Vents / RantsIt's low key bullying on a group scale
Yes, there’s even a term for that; “mobbing”.
People really think it’s worse to be called a racist than to be racist 🙄

Death by a thousand cuts.
Because especially to white folks, calling them racist feels like the n word to them, and they don't like how uncomfortable being called racist makes them feel (even though they are NOT victims and make it seem like both the words are akin to each other while they are not. One was used to dehumanize a group they saw beneath them, the other is calling out shitty behavior) and because they still wanna act like they don't have power, them reacting this way gets people to silence what they do, thus making racism exist because they can't do introspection that maybe, they are shitty.
They think being racist is a bad person, and don't think they're bad therefore can't be racist (especially because it doesn't fit the examples they learned of racism and not based on actual racist experiences happening to them because more than likely, they never experience racism the way nonwhite folks do) but it's not the be all end all. Just reflect, and do better (but they don't wanna because they don't think they do anything wrong)
Racism stops with them, not us
“Racial gaslighting” the term that describes all of that
They not like us ❤️
