Am I wrong in thinking you’re not supposed to drive for 2-6 weeks after giving birth?
Idk if that matters. I just know with both of my kids, I was not leaving their side. Making sure they're eating ok, having proper poops and pees, making sure they don't have any issues. I was just so obsessed with making sure they were ok and no ones love or attention was as good as mine when they were that little. Especially with a premie that's just insane to me. And my kids were perfectly healthy and 9lbs at birth
This is exactly how I feel. I’ve been lucky enough to be a stay at home mom for 4 years now and I still hate leaving him or my 1 year old even to just go to a 30 min doctors appt of my own.
Don't get me wrong, nights out without the kids are perfectly healthy and normal. But leaving your 6 day old premie who clearly had complications of some sort is DISGUSTING behavior as a mother
110%!! I didn’t mean it as if you’re a mother you should never want or need a break your kids. Im just so far the extreme opposite of this I couldn’t imagine even wanting to leave my newborn.
