It looks better fitted for Charles, on Amy's it looks slightly bad tailored for her.

The part that gets me is he absolutely does it on purpose. Amy wears the suit multiple times before this scene.

Looks great on both but Amy’s suit jacket needs better tailoring and should be shorter in length. The shirt needs a little shape to it as well for any but it looks like it’s fitted to Charles pretty perfect

The salmon color is just a tad too pale for Amy’s skin tone, I feel, combined with the medium gray it kinda washes her out compared to Charles’s paler complexion

I always thought they did this on purpose. Charles natural colors align with pink more than Amy so I personally believe this was intentionally chosen to mark Charles look better.
