No, they're right. It was like a slipcase for the official release. The person who leaked the album said they have the real cover which HK allegedly lost so we might still get it.

Do we know what the actual cover would’ve looked like?
There's a very out of focus shot of it at an angle in the Longest Summer doc that leaked, but the footage is B&W so in general it's really hard to make out. The slip cover is the closest we've got to the official atm.

Yeah , not 100% confirmed to be the final cover either tho bc it has text that says "Summer 2018 Brockhampton" on it vertically just like the first promo cover with Romil so it may have just been another promo cover.
HK claims he lost the "real" final cover but Dookie the user who leaked PUPPY in full claims he has it but it wasn't part of the GB. Maybe it'll be a bonus in a future one.
