Does anyone know who the voice is on the track? Sounds South African / Namibian / of that region.

There is an old breakbeat track I am aware of (circa early 2000's) that has the lyrics shown below, that I just cannot find. I think it is a florida breaks style track and you can hear a sample of the track at the link below;

Im about to attend to my first breakbeat “rave” is it called a rave? I’m mainly from the techno and psytrance scene so I habe no idea what to expect.

Do people do drugs there ? I’m into acid, md, ket whatever. I just have no idea what to expect besides deekline playing.

Ok, I have one I am working on that means a lot to me... and I am going to share this here, but.. only here... because I want solid advice from a solid group of people, such as yourselves. Mind you, I primarily an concerned about whether or not a track maintains it's Break/Breakbeat genre label if the Main part of it is lead mostly by a house or club house type beat section?
