accidently chose paying mimumum balance and then submitted another one for full payment, but the second one did not go through?

For unknown reason I cannot setup autopay, and I have to make payment every month manually.

I made a credit card payment in bilt website, but I accidently chose minimum balance, I realized and submit another full payment.

One week later I checked my checking account and did not find the second payment, and I am charged interests.

As far as I’m aware (please someone correct me if I’m wrong) you can’t make more than one payment in a day. So this is most likely why it didn’t go through. You’ll have to reach out to Wells Fargo themselves to see if they can give you a courtesy reversal and reinstatement of your grace period. Ultimately it is up to them and it’s a lesson learned

I just called WF and they were able to reverse part of the interest. They said they don’t have grace period or similar concepts, and I don’t see it in the terms.

Just made payment to all outstanding balance for safety.

They do have grace periods, so whoever talked to you was clueless. That’s the entire reason you don’t pay interest when you pay your statement balance in full and on time. When you pay less than that, grace periods are revoked and interest accrues immediately when you make charges to the card.
