Has anybody else experienced a big change more recently that a lot more drivers are consistently going 5-10 below the speed limits and making no effort to follow posted speed limits in town? Most days I get stuck behind people going 35-40 in a 45, or 45 in a 55.
I understand safe driving, but driving too slow is also a danger to others in most situations because it makes you unpredictable.

Getting ready to head up to watch the fireworks at 7pm ... any recommendations for where to park? I heard it fills up fast - is there anywhere within two miles for parking? I'm hoping not to have to walk far, because I'm bringing my son and he's pretty young, haha.
Does anybody know of any Independence Day Parades in NWA? You know the ones with fire trucks, vintage cars and a plethora of decorated bicycles. I can’t seem to find any on Google.
