My wife and I have recently discovered this gem of a show, and we have thus far binged all of the OG seasons and we’re almost done with Med S7. What’s next?
Watching that might make Med S8 more perplexing.

There are crew members who are on multiple franchises.
Not just cast members, but guests as well. This is definitely how to watch given how interconnected the shows are.
Welcome onboard! Yeah, broadly agree with everyone else - Down Under, then Sailing Yacht (first season is a bit wobbly but season 2 is one of the best of the lot) then Adventure to intro you to Kerry before he takes over the OG series!
Faye was so trashy! Didn’t disappoint, plus the activities are so pretty to look at
I really enjoyed ADVENTCHAAAAA, apart from a wee bit of exaggerated drama it just seemed like a good bunch of people!
Yeah I think is underrated, but we will have Kerry soon
I’m rewatching Adventure right now and Faye forcing her stews to do their hair and makeup a certain way is making me so mad
Oh and Jessica also had her hair down and doing yoga putting her foot on the galley lolol
The chef is a bit terrifying too. Every scene in the galley stresses me out haha

And then I think I remember the Deck crew complain, I knew she was going to be euro white trash and she delivered, always complaining with her exaggerated lips and eye make up, I think she was also doing her hair in the crew space once and then is when everyone’s hair was in the food lmao
Nah mate that was 100% Jess I reckon - it was twined within the food itself, and she had LOADS of flyaways. Also her reaction to the hair in the food pointed to guilt IMO
I know but they had a shot of Faye curling her hair in the crew space haha good edition, Jess she was sooo guilty. I remember I was shocked, like I think I google if you still have to pay a tip lmao

He is coming back to BD season 11, without his shitty crew lol, I think they already posted and Fraser is going to be Chief Stew and Ben W Lead Deckhand, everyone else I think is new
I think Faye seemed super guilty for the hair, not to mention she had insisted the girls wear their hair down when it should be pulled back for serving food. Then immediately she pulled her hair back.
I call it the Reddit watch order:
OG: 2-4, 6-10. Than adventure. Can watch 1/5 individually.
Med: 1-5. Must be watched sequentially for full Hannah vs Sandy.
Down Under: 1-2 after you are done med 5
Sailing Yacht: 2-4. sailing Yacht 1 can be watched any time

Do not watch season 7. Women especially. I wish I could cut it out from my memory. I re-watch every season over and over again. I've never watched season 7 again. It was upsetting and brought back terrible memories.
The men treated the women like shit. A woman on deck crew was treated badly by her boss and the other crew. The same boss was violent around the chief stew and treated her bad. And one of the deck crew dated a stew and treated her like shit. All the worst kinds of behavior by men in one season. It sucked.
Left out the chef kicked sand in the chief stews face. Overall horrible I agree and I skip this season as well.. and advise people against it
OMG, we’re watching S7 right now and it’s starting off without too much insanity… Bracing for it to sink into madness.

Start with season 1...trust me.
I did the same order. After med I started down under because I knew I could breeze threw the 2 season and down under 2 was super recent so the post on this subreddit were more relevant. Then I went to sailing yacht but it took me FOREVER to get through season 1 because it’s the worst season of any below deck franchise I’ve ever seen😭😭😭 season 2-4 are absolutely amazing though. Now I’m on adventure but struggling and keep giving up watching it. I’m like half way through but think I’m going to give up on it
