I’ve been out of the fitness game for the last two years and it feels impossible to start cause I’m nowhere near where I used to be. I’d run 5 miles every other day, my weight lifting routine etc. And now I’m still a busy person with a full time corporate job, I manage a band, and other hoopla that just dominate my attention. I love to cook but I’m having a hard time making healthy choices rn because I’m so busy. How can I make this a priority again? Does anyone have any experience with this?
