Do they really want me to teach the bible?

I teach government to teenagers in a public school in a state that, as of yet, hasn't lost its collective mind. I truly stress as of yet, we certainly do have enough morons to potentially ruin that.

I have been an atheist ever since I walked out of my Catholic confirmation. My elementary age children make fun of their friends imaginary friend to their faces. I am college educated, and love to systemically break down bullshit arguments for fun.

The only reason I don't destroy my students imaginary friend, is because he/she/it isn't brought into my classroom.

My policy changes when their's does.
