Yes it clearly says Philippus on it
I can’t the name part of the obverse. I can make out imperator, augustus, and pater patriae. Those were titles.

Ahh. I might be way off base, but I kind of think it’s a barbarous radiate.
Everything is facing the right way and die is out of a mint in Rome, doesn't seem likely.
It says Philippus right on it
Antonianus, not Denarius, of Philip Augustus, 244—249 CE. Probably close to 40% silver content.
Obverse Imp M IUL PHILLIPS AUG Marcus Julius Phillips Augustus. Reverse ANNONA AUGG image of goddess Anna holding cornucopia and ears of grain. Double G indicates two Augusti, this is after Philip II's elevation. Mint is Rome, die matches a set of Aurelii released after 247 CE, this is likely the same time as that issue.
This looks a lot like the usurper / short-lived emperor Aemilianus to me
Which would be super rare, no?
could be a coin of philip the arab( Philippvs) i have one of my own and this looks like it
