I was feeling pretty fuzzy brained and stuck in decision paralysis after work today so I was just sitting on the sofa really bored but unable to do anything. Instead of doomscrolling, I fed ChatGPT some info about hobbies I have, my energy levels, my current state of decision paralysis and asked it to plan me this evening.

It literally planned me my activities with time stamps and ways to create a nice ambience around me to help me relax while doing the activity, a healthy but tasty dinner with a recipe (and then it created me an organised shopping list for this), and then suggested how I can wind down before bed. It actually sounds like a really nice cosy evening and for some reason, having ChatGPT plan every single part of it really took away the feeling of immense pressure to decide to do anything. It also used subheadings and text formatting/bullet points to make the information really accessible and easy to digest.
