What's the opposite of the ADHD tax? Like something that should be inconvenient, but you always use it to your advantage?

Several years ago I had an irresponsible roommate that was in charge of paying for our Internet, and she'd always forget or not have enough money. But I was never mad because I would get so much done during the outages, to the point that I asked her if maybe we should drop the Internet all together since she was so tight on cash.

I'm I my own space now with unlimited 5G, and sometimes I really miss not having any Internet access at home.
