Stepping backwards to reposition the mower I tripped over what basically amounted to stonework on the edge of a flower bed and fell backwards. Pulled the mower over my foot as I fell. Grass was dry, I wasn't on a hill, was wearing closed toe shoes. Unfortunately, it was just bad luck. At this point, highly recommend steel toe shoes for anyone doing yard work.
