I'd get something with a leather strap, and simple dial. Nothing too colorful UNLESS you match the colors you chose for your wedding (get those husband points). Don't do any dive watch or anything that has a huge size for the suit shirt needs to go over the watch cleanly. The watch shouldn't be the thing everyone looks at on this day.
(Oris holds a soft spot in my heart, as one was my first "big boy watch") It's not one of their more popular designs, but the Artlier just gives off good wedding vibes to me. Great value for a swiss watch from a legacy watchmaker.
