A lot of their deals are for ordering online and picking up at the store, but why?

Wouldn’t it be better for them to give coupons for customers to pick up an item themselves in the store? Then people can browse more.

I’d rather pick out my items myself and bring it to the register.

so on top of our constant return customer. there’s at least 2 customers that will walk in and walk around the store and record us. once when one of these ladies was leaving i told her to have a good day and when i turned and looked in the window she was straight up recording me. anyone experienced stuff like this or am i in trouble 💀

Alright, I’m just curious. Any ex employees leave Ulta for the black and white makeup store?? “S” (it won’t let me type the store name) in my area seems to start off more $$. I am a lead but I constantly don’t get the hours I am available… like only 4 hour shifts when I am available 8. I have the best numbers or at least the second best (constantly me and the other two leads are right next to each other) so I truly think I could be successful at “S”. But am I going to leave one set of issues for another???

Whenever I first started working for Ulta about a year ago I unsubscribed from their emails because they were annoying. A coworker JUST told me the other day that we get sent discount codes to our email so I went back to see if maybe they were still sending those at least and they haven’t 😭 is there anyway I can resubscribe to those emails?

Hi, Does anyone have a screenshot or picture of the ad for the Big Summer Beauty Sale week that ended yesterday? Specifically featuring Half Magic at 30% off? I can't find any emails, etc. but I reached out to Customer Service because I had errors attempting to place an order but they weren't available. I want the price honored but they're asking for proof of the sale (which I thought they'd have record of. 😅)

Hello! I'm looking to apply to Ulta as a Tasker and I've seen some people describe the availability and was wondering how it actually worked.

Is it in the interview I can tell them what I'm available for or is it something different?

In addition I still work at Tjmaxx, would I be able to have an interview and tell them as well as work out when I'm ready to work or notify them when I put in the 2 weeks? or should I already put in my 2 weeks, because I would prefer to secure the job first.

I opened the app this morning to place an order and was prompted to enter my email and password. It wouldn’t accept my email and PW and I wasn’t getting the reset emails. I checked my email and I got an email yesterday apparently that my password was changed. I’m assuming they changed my email as well since I’m not getting reset emails.

I called Customer Service this morning but the woman didn’t speak English that well. I think she said that she’s forwarding the matter to a different department.

I have two questions: 1. How will I know when the issue is resolved and I can get my account back? Will they know to contact me on MY email address if someone changed my email address on the website? 2. Will they automatically give me my points back or is that a separate phone call? I have over $1,000 in points and I’m assuming whoever hacked my account used them. Thanks for any insight!

i placed an order recently and noticed (a few days after) that ulta charged me, refunded me, and then charged me a different amount. while it was approximately a dollar less than the original amount charged, i noticed that the only thing that changed was the “tax & other fees” part of the price breakdown. i’m just wondering what exactly the other fees are? if i’m paying shipping and tax, then i literally have no idea what it would be and why the amount would change. tia!!!
