If the platform is new, not backed by big corporations or at the very least prominent influencers.
And I can't exist whenever i want.
It checks all the boxes for a scam. So no i won't.
It won't be a black box. In fact, you will be picking the asset you're investing in. I don't see why it should be backed by big corporations. But, yes marketing strategy will include prominent influencers.
My worries are the investment mindset in tunisia, most young people in tunisia consider 20-30% or even 40% roi over 3 years low profit.
It's because your target audience shouldn't be young People.
Investing anything less than 5000 tnd for 30% roi over 4 years is not worth it.
Most of your target audience won't have more than 1000tnd to invest.
And I think you can do a lot more with 1000tnd than wait three years to get an extra 300tnd. Which would just match the inflation rate.
10% yearly ROI is good don't get me wrong. But it's good when you're saving money or have A LOT of money to put in.
It sounds like your platform is a shared asset investment typa thing right?
Aka a hundred ppl for example each person puts in some money for some asset like an appartment
You got it right, it's about real estate shared investment.
Minimum investment would be 500dt but it's not limited to that, you can invest as much as you want.
True, you can do a lot with 1000dt but only if you're taking risks and investing a lot of time. I've seen a lot of teenagers looking for a way to invest small amount of money here on reddit and they was no safe suggestion. I mean let's take crypto as example, if i invested the money i got after my bac, i would be making 40% profit today after 3 years which is the most profitable possible exit to this day.
Overall, it is smarter than saving your money in your bank account but not the smartest investment. I don't know if i should go for it I got positive opinions from my friends but thinking logically it won't work in tunisia.
Just the legal aspect of this would put you in a halt.
The idea isn't bad, but it's tough to pull.
It's fine legally and the business model is perfect. It's just the execution is worrying. People tend to look for imaginary profits, they find 25% roi ridiculous.
I think the best way to find wether it will work out or not is to pay influencer to make polls and understand the audience preferences.
What type of platform? Please elaborate
