Ticket sales not great in LA
Can't argue with you on this.
Never seen them live before. What does the summer gods tour entail?
Nothing. It’s a standard 3eb tour.
It’s Stephan’s ego typically lurking. I couldn’t imagine him using any other tour moniker.
they're not that great anywhere, to be honest. the first summer gods tour did well, but they can't really fill a lot of these big venues anymore
Bc the first summer gods tour was playing the first album front to back, once in a lifetime
Yep that helped for sure
Also was a worldly experience, cried like 3 times
I’ve seen them three times and that tour was by far the best.
Because, there are far too expensive!
Lots of people like to go to the venues and buy tickets on the night of the shows. I saw them in Knoxville last year and the website showed roughly a similar amount of seats sold but when the show was starting the whole place was packed.
One thing that also hurts the tours is the set list is 90+% the same every single year.
This is actually fine. Probably exactly what they'd expect, if not better, with this much time left.
I literally see this same kind of post on artists that are a lot closer to their prime.
It is what it is and usually they fill a lot more seats before the actual show.
And if it’s a flop maybe they’ll play some smaller venues again, I’ve already seen them from 5 feet away so the size of the venue is irrelevant to me I just want to hear my jams.
Yellow card does not pull in the same size crowds as taking back Sunday or jimmy eat world or dashboard confessional or saves the day. Stephen’s ploy to try and shoehorn 3eb into the emo subculture to achieve some sort of relevance is starting to wear thin
Yellowcard’s reunion tour last year was MASSIVE for what it was. Much bigger venues than what TBS or Dashboard typically play.
It doesn’t help that the sound is atrocious at the Greek unless you’re in the first few 50 rows and center.
If you’ve seen the tour more than once you just keep thinking to yourself “I need something else, to get me through this … “
Steven thinks 3eb are one of the biggest bands in the world
they should be
Well I know I’m somewhere below the box seats and in front of the stage.
I still haven't purchased my tickets for next month's show in NY at Jones Beach. They are $78!! I've never paid that much to see 3EB.
They need to stop with the "Summer Gods Tour". This is what, the fifth? sixth? summer with the same 'ol same 'ol.
Freshen yo shit up, Stephan.
