I recently picked up a 15" surface laptop 4 off of eBay and I have the option of getting a 1 year warranty from Allstate for around $40. My main concern and reason for getting the warranty is that the battery only has 46 cycles and is already down to 92% battery health. Is the battery something to be concerned about with these SL4s? $40 for the protection plan is going to be cheaper than any battery replacement I imagine.
I'd first check if the warranty covers the battery. A 1 yr warranty also doesn't seem very long for that low of a cycle count.
